Refund Policy

At Proudly, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Each customized T-shirt is made with care, using African-inspired prints that reflect our brand values. Because our products are custom-made, our refund and return policy is designed to balance quality assurance with fairness to our customers.

Returns

Since all Proudly products are customized, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or personal preference. However, we do accept returns if the item you receive is defective, damaged, or does not match the description provided on our website.

Refunds

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

In cases of incorrect sizing caused by an error on our part (for example, the size delivered does not match the size you ordered), we will offer an exchange at no additional cost. For sizing issues due to incorrect selection at checkout, we cannot guarantee an exchange since each product is custom-made.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized T-shirts where the correct item was delivered.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

  • Sale items marked as “final sale.”

Process for Requesting a Refund or Exchange

Late or Missing Refunds
