Order Processing
All Proudly T-shirts are custom-made with care. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, and we will notify you if delays occur.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide using trusted courier partners. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Canada & USA: 5–10 business days after processing.

Europe: 7–14 business days after processing.

Africa: 10–20 business days after processing.

Other International Locations: 10–21 business days after processing.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Occasionally, Proudly may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery online.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Proudly is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs procedures.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military bases, or countries with active trade restrictions. If your shipping address falls within a restricted zone, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact Proudly’s Customer Care. We will work with our courier partners to investigate the issue. Proudly is not liable for packages once marked as “delivered” by the courier.
